The Lift is excited to welcome director Ian Pons Jewell to the roster.

Let’s make some introductions here! You might recall Ian’s viral and amazing music videos for Paolo Nutini, Odesza, Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith, DJ Shadow, Cloud Control, and countless others, or perhaps his commercials for Adidas, Firetrap, and Lebara. It’s this same work that has earned him top honors at the MOBO Awards, UK Music Video Awards, London Independent Film Festival, and nominations at the Maverick Movie Awards and YouTube Music Awards.

Ian’s creative approach to narrative storytelling is a testament to the work that has earned him hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. Hailing from London originally, we wooed Ian not only to our roster but also to home in our country – he’s planning a move to Mexico City later this year.

With a strong filmmaking background that dates back to film school in the UK and several upcoming short films and other projects in the works, we’re thrilled to bring Ian on. Watch his full reel here.
